Enter the student records of X-A and X-B as shown below.
Step 1 : Tools menu → Macros option → Record Macro option
Step 2 : Record Macro dialog with stop recording button displayed
We will now calculate average, total, maximum, minimum and apply some formatting
Step 3 : stop recording button → New Module button → New Module dialog box → Type Name → OK button
Step 4 : Type Macro name → Save button
