Grouping/Ungrouping Drawing Objects

☞ It refers to group the multiple drawing objects together so that they can be treated as a single object.

☞ It allows you to apply the formatting features to all of the objects at once.

☞ To group the drawing object, follow these steps:

Step 1: Click on the Select tool on Drawing toolbar.

Step 2: Draw rectangle around the drawing objects. All objects are selected.

Step 3: Right-click and select Group.

Step 2: Draw rectangle around the drawing objects. All objects are selected.

Step 3: Click on Format menu → Group option → Group option from the submenu.

Ungrouping Drawing Objects

☞ For Ungroup the grouped objects,

Select Format menu → Group → Ungroup.

Right-click grouped objects, Click on Group option → Ungroup option from the submenu.
